Community Engagement Builder: The tool accelerates participant recruitment and engagement by enabling researchers to create and deploy community-specific responsive websites that focus on lead generation, recruitment, event management, and participant interaction. It supports a variety of outreach methods, including digital marketing, community engagement, and hybrid approaches, ensuring broad reach and effective communication. Advanced digital marketing tools help teams evaluate the best methods for offline and online marketing methods.

Participant Experience Manager: Highly Configurable Tools for Data Collection: Vibrent’s participant-focused software solution (for iOS, Android and web) is a highly configurable solution for studies that accept ePROs and participant-generated data collection. Use cases include early detection screening, eConsent, surveys, data collection, EHR data and return of information in a single, multi-device portal and mobile apps experience. Vibrent is trusted by the NIH and research programs and teams across the country to engage, educate, and gather data from more than 800,000+ research participants.

ResearchCloud (note that this study staff tool is called ResearchCloud but the entire integrated system is branded as ResearchCloud): Purpose-built for health and clinical research in collaboration with researchers across the county to support rapid data capture by decentralized teams and maintain compliance with data protection standards and regulatory requirements, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Research Cloud provides configurable, drag-and-drop EDC collection forms that enforce data validation rules and notify staff of data entry errors.  In real-time, Research Cloud can ingest EMR data and combine data from other disparate sources for data exploration and analysis. FDA compliant auditing ensures the security of data.

Is the platform compliant with Data Security?

Vibrent platform is protected by the highest levels of data security required by commercial and federal programs including NIST 800-53, SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA and others.  These data security and privacy guidelines protect your personal health and identifiable information that you provide. All data collected will be stored securely to ensure your privacy is protected.  Vibrent does not release any information that directly identifies you.

How does Vibrent collaborate with customers?

Vibrent works closely with our collaborators from the beginning of the clinical research project or clinical trial and is committed to providing the support needed for the success of every project and program.  In addition to various products described above, Vibrent also provides a range of cohort research services including protocol development, data collection throgu surveys, ePRO, eCRF forms, e-Consent videos development, EMR integrations, developing and executing digital marketing and campaigns, language translation in 50+ languages, bioinformatics and data science expertise, patient engagement support, data analytics and dashboards development.

What research services does Vibrent offer to its collaborators?

Vibrent Services Team supports key research services and data generation within specified units enabling: 1) Research domain expertise, 2) Technical implementation, 3) Training services, 4) Digital communications and marketing, and 5) User experience development

The Marketing and Communication Services Unit (MCSU) provides the services to 1) Enable the Program to engage with participants across the spectrum of digital access, 2) Manage  communication and marketing tools including Research Cloud and Iterable on behalf of the national Program, 3) Reinforce Program policy and NIH Communication objectives, 4) Develop comprehensive, Program milestone-dependent, SMS, Email and Push notification workflows for reuse by partners and Program stakeholders to engage with 100,000s of participants, 5) Work directly with the Data Science Group to ensure that marketing and communications analytics inform Program decision-making

The User Experience Services Unit (UxSU), provides: 1) Provide a focused, high-touch, and tailored design service that considers Program and participant needs from conceptualization to development, 2) Encourage participants to contribute to the Program by providing new experiences providing tangible value throughout the participant journey, 3) Demonstrate engaging health research insights embedded throughout the participant experience, 4) Conduct structured, formative user experience research, and 5) Design, test and implement user experience research. The UxSU will work with the ISU Implementation Service staff to configure experiences for validation and participant testing

Does the Vibrent platform integrate with REDCap?

Yes, Vibrent platform is interoperable with REDCap.  Our collaborators can export their surveys and data from REDCap and import them into Vibrent.  Also, collaborators can export their content from Vibrent and import them into REDCap.

Both platforms can co-exist and provide complementary capabilities. There are several reasons why you may want to augment your REDCap project with value added capabilities provided by Vibrent. Our partners have done this for several reasons providing REDCap data collection surfaced through Vibrent participant portal, and augmenting REDCap’s data collection features with Vibrent’s study management and engagement capabilities.

You can utilize Vibrent tools to extend, improve, or potentially replace your REDCap project to expand your reach, engagement, and digital research capabilities. You can either augment your existing REDCap project or move your project to Vibrent Research Platform to take advantage of many novel capabilities outlined above.

How do I buy Vibrent products and services?

Vibrent’s products and research services are easy to procure through an easy contract and statement of work that clearly defines the scope of our engagement.  The products are available as a-la-carte through a Software As A Service (SaaS) pricing model, the cost of which is lower than the FTEs needed to host and manage REDCap.  The research services can be selected individually based on your needs and offer low start up fees.

All of your research and trial data will always be available to you in real-time for viewing and download.
